Thesimple fix, which doesn't cost crazy $$$$ is to change out the battery as was mentioned. The next thing you should address if the battery didn't; software updates, especially in MY17 & 18 cars. There were batches of those. IF it is a hard code, you will know it. The car will not reset itself and it will run like crap. Then off to the dealer
