Heres a data point: same thing happened to me this morning with my (early) 2018 CR-V. Lots of bings, every warning light turned on, display cycling through "This System Problem" and "That System Problem". Lane Assist and Cruise Control would not work. Gas tank was below 1/4 tank, which is VERY unusual for me.
Thankfor the answer, I always had Corolla manual, my last one, a 2007 and second family car, have more than 210,000 kms with no engine and no valves issues nor adjustments done. Car is on the road. Put gas in the tank, change oil ,brake every 90,000, kms , nothing more.

Accordingto Honda, 2019+ models have the issue mitigated, but not fixed. By the way, oil dilution is a product of direct injection, not some brand-new issue that Honda created and is responsible for. This is just their first try at DI engines, and they miscalibrated a few things.

Open the container (s) of new oil and pour the first 3 in. Carefully start pouring the remaining quart in. Figure 13- Engine Oil.
