Step 4. Remove the blade from the wiper arm. Replacement: windshield wipers – Fiat Panda 169. AUTODOC recommends: When replacing the wiper blade, take caution to prevent the spring-loaded wiper arm from hitting the glass. Step 5. Install the new wiper blade and carefully press the wiper arm down to the glass. 1. ensure wipers are in the rest position. 2. remove black plastic caps from wiper arms. 3. remove retaining nut from wiper arm (13mm socket), remover wiper arms. 4. open bonnet and undo the 3 phillips head screws that secure the plastic scuttle panel. 5. disconnect the black rubber washer pipe from the scuttle panel.
K. i’ve got a fiat ducato 1998 19TD my wipers stopped working, thought it was the motor stripped it down it was the mechanism had seized up, i would spray all that with WD40, if you can get the motor off just check that on it own too, if you can get to the nut that connects the mechanism to the motor maybe just undo that then try your motor
Fiat Panda Fire Sky - wiper problem. I have recently bought a 1992 Fiat Panda Fire Sky as a second vehicle. It is due for its MOT next week and the front wiper has suddenly become intermittant, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, no particular pattern to it.
Thanks, I'd been thinking about trying to just get a rubber blade insert on its own somehow. I know a rear wiper blade isn't a big deal in the greater scheme of things, but I don't like unnecessary waste. The outer end of my rear wiper blade had worn down so that the plastic was scratching the glass when I got my Panda.
Turn off front wipers before engaging reverse, Contact Fiat and get the 'computer' updated if possible. Remove fuse from rear wiper - would totally immobilse it. Fit another switch onto the rear wiper circuit. Remove reverse gear selection switch. 3,4, and 5 are more work / consequences.

I'm in need of some assistance. My wipers don't work, but let me explain. They stopped working gradually. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they would. When they finally died the only way I could turn the wipers on was to set it on a desired speed and then squirt some water and then they start going in the desired speed.
