Once the card is off you should find a plastic sheet which has a seal which needs to be broken to gain access. Once inside the door frame there is a Torx screw holding the position of the handle/lock mechanism. Just slacken it off a bit and push the handle/lock mechanism towards the outer end of the door and tighten up.

I’ve tried changing the back door module and erased all codes in all modules, and still exactly the same problem. Changed the front drivers door module and still the same problem. Tried removing the battery and charging it up while it’s disconnected for about an hour, put it back on, showing 13.4v and still same problem.
Furthermore the reverse camera doesn't show and the parking sensors don't work. There aren't any dings or noises as there usually is. Took the battery off for half hour, left the seat disconnected, and still exactly the same after reconnecting the battery (leaving the seat unplugged).

Remove the inside door panel. Be careful with power window switch and door speaker wiring connectors. Disconnect them before pulling the door panel away. Remove any plastic covers that may be glued to the door. Have a look at the door handle from inside the door. You will have some idea as to how to remove it.
